West Texas Rehab in San Angelo Gives Back
West Texas Rehab Center in San Angelo donated 16 stuffed stockings to the Children's Emergency Shelter. This effort was coordinated by the Party Planning Committee and items were donated by WTRC staff. Just a way for us to give back to some very deserving children! (continue)

Travis' star power boosts rehab fundraiser to record $300,000.
Buoyed by a strong performance from Travis on Thursday night, the annual West Texas Rehab Dinner Show fundraiser smashed its previous record of success. Dan Huggins, director of donor relations, said the event pulled in about $300,000 for the nonprofit West Texas Rehabilitation Center, topping last year's showing by nearly $50,000. (continue)
The 9th Annual Rehab "TOP GUN" Sporting Clays Classic
The 9th annual Blake Fulenwider Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep REHAB “TOP GUN” Sporting Clays Classic turned out to be the largest clay shoot fundraiser ever held in Abilene. There were 311 shooters in the REHAB fundraiser at Abilene Clay Sports. The REHAB’s Director of Donor Relations Dan Huggins says a record 311 shooters were on hand for event last year. “With 311 we are about maxed out with what we can do in one day” said Huggins. He went on to say that they were very pleased with the turnout and the support we are getting for this and all REHAB events. (continue)
Rehab 2011 Raises More Than $1.2 Million
The West Texas Rehabilitation Center’s 41st annual telethon and auction Saturday raised more than $1.2 million. The total at midnight was $1,209,995. The overall total in 41 years is more than $33 million. Last year’s total at midnight was $1,201,000. In 2008 the all-time record was set at $1,271,367. The second best record was $1.26 million in 2007. (continue)
